Age: between 18 and 50 years old.

⑥ Copy of ID of applicant’s contact person (passport or ID card)

2. Undergraduate Students
1) for Chinese Language Program and the Program of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages:
Age: 18 to 50 years old

Application Materials:
① Diploma: Copy of High school diploma or equivalent, or proof of university study
② Transcript (Applicant for Chinese-English bilingual study must include high school English scores)
③ Application form for Enrollment of Study
④ Letter of Recommendation
⑤ Copy of Applicant’s Passport
⑥ Copy of ID of applicant’s emergency contact person (passport or ID card)

Note: Students majoring in Chinese language or International Education of Chinese do not need HSK scores, you can directly begin undergraduate study without Chinese background. If you have an HSK score or a foundation in Chinese, you can take a placement test at the beginning of your studies to enter the appropriate level of classes.
2）For other programs of study

Age: between 18 and 50 years old

Application Materials:
① Diploma: Copy of High School diploma  or proof of university study
② Transcript
③ Application form for Enrollment of Study
④ Letter of Recommendation
⑤ Copy of Applicant’s Passport
⑥ Copy of ID of applicant’s emergency contact person (passport or ID card)
⑦ Copy of level 5 or above HSK certificate (if you don’t meet this level, you can apply for a preparatory language course)

Additional Notes:
1.All incoming students must be physically healthy.
2.All applicants who are currently studying at another official school in China must provide:
① Letter of approval for Transfer of Study from your school’s Office of Foreign Students (including official seal)
② Letter of Recommendation from a teacher at your school
③ A copy of your current visa or residence permit
3.Faxed applications will not be accepted. Application materials and the application fee will not be returned.
4.Chinese Government Scholarship recipients and Exchange students will be handled according to the relevant regulations.
